SAP Netweaver system should enable employees to update their own personal data with regard to Addresses, Bank Account number details etc. Each employee should be given a separate user id and password to protect access to their own information so that no other employee is able to see another employee’s data except HR & Payroll administrative users. Employees should be able to view their leave balances, shift timings, and apply for leave of absence through workflow approval process to their departmental managers.
Any discretionary leave of absence or any leave of absence that requires proof (sick leave) should not be allowed to be applied through Employee Self Service.
Employees should be able to view their Pay slips through ESS and if they want they should be able to download it.

Responsibilities:

Leave Request Email Notification to the approver

  • Configured the Microsoft Exchange Server with SAP R/3 to make R/3 be able to send mails to Microsoft
