• New Product Launch/Event Management system that is specific to the Consumer Goods industry. • Sales Preprocessor - This solution is also designed and solely developed by Viktor, and currently live at Confidential . The solution is a Sales “gateway” into SAP, as all sales orders go to SAP go through this; whether it comes from EDI, Web based systems, Excel files, or manual user entry. The solution offers a single place all the incoming orders and documents are stored, monitored managed and reported on. This is a highly configurable solution as different brands/affiliates have different set of rules for editing and validating the incoming information. The preprocessor also deals with problems that are not fully handled in the standard SAP BAPI’s for Sales Order processing such as Credit Card Authorization, and Document Simulations for ATP, Pricing and Credit checks. This application is crucial part of EL’s business.
• Sales Order Mass Manager - This solution is also entirely designed and developed by Viktor, to give a unified way of managing mass changes on sales documents. This not only manages user triggered changes, but there are several programs that uses it functionality to execute, manage and report these changes. This application however goes beyond the standard SAP supplied fields as well and it is capable to do Re-ATP on the selected Order items or Block/Reauthorize credit cards as well. This is now a certified SAP solution.
• Created several management consoles for the following functionalities: Returns Console, HUB allocation manager, Consignment Manager, Product Allocation Manager, Product Catalog Workbench etc... These applications are using Abap Objects with and additional class structures the Viktor developed over the period of 8 years which enables rapid development of highly flexible unified interfaced transactions. This platform is certified by SAP as part of his certified solution.
• Pricing console - the solution is entirely designed and developed by Viktor to manage pricing conditions in a mass fashion. To carry out mass changes/ Excel Upload/download capabilities. This is a highly flexible application to manage standard and customer pricing conditions.
• Purchasing Preprocessor - fully designed and developed by Viktor and is the counterpart of the Sales Preprocessor (Sales Proposal Manager). It’s a single gateway to manage all type of purchasing document including STO’s as a single gateway.
• Document Distribution solution which manages communication and printing with SAP partners combining various outputs into one package. Tightly integrates with SAP’s Archivelink to manage documents. Highly flexible and configurable to handle any SAP output conditions and outputs generated by layoutsets/smartforms and Adobe Forms. BRF+ is also used to increase highly configurable partner/printer/email selection.
• Custom Product Catalog - fully designed and develop this solution to handle end-to-end product catalog definition, Generation and messaging with Emails, Excel OI-integration and EDI. This is a highly configuration new application to adjust the needs to different affiliates of the Confidential Companies. The solution fully and rapidly developed by Viktor with ABAP object using what SAP has to offer with Office Integration, Parallel Processing, GUI framework elements for a highly user-friendly application that seamlessly integrates to SAP modules in MM and SD.
