Responsibilities

• Integrating SAP R/3 and Non SAP system Lotus notes using LEI and importing the data from SAP R/3 to Notes d/b.
• Created Technical design document on Data transfer from R/3 to Notes using LEI, data mapping by understanding the functional specifications
• Created connection documents, Data mapping in Lotus Notes for integration
• Created Technical design document by understanding the functional specifications
• Uploaded Data to SAP R/3 from Non SAP using BDC call transaction method for Transactions XD01, XD02, and VAP1 VA21.

• Developed RFC enabled function module to download the LOG records from NON SAP to SAP R/3.

• Created an ALV grid report outputting changed certificate data for a given range of input date.
• Developed RFC enabled function module to transfer Customer data from Sap to external system. For Scheduled and Manual Import in SD.
• Developed RFC enabled function module to transfer Sales data from Sap to external system. For Scheduled and Manual Import in SD.
• Developed RFC enabled function module to transfer Employee-Service-hours data from Sap to external system in MM.
• Developed RFC enabled function module to transfer Material Master data from Sap to external system in MM.
• Developed RFC enabled function module to transfer Material group data from Sap to external system in MM.
• Developed RFC enabled function module to transfer Test Standard data from Sap to external system.
• Modified an RFC enabled function module to transfer Customer data of changed customers from Sap to external system. CAB china .

• Developed a BDC-batch input program for transaction XD01 and XD02 to transfer data from external system to SAP R/3 . From Lotus notes database to SAP system
