- Working on the conversion and consolidation of Financial Customer Service reports and Material Management reports from Impromptu and Powerplay to SAP BI. Cognos will be replaced saving the company yearly maintenance and licensing cost of $1M.
- Team lead on the conversion and consolidation of 150+ reports in the areas of Purchasing, Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management and Deployment from Impromptu to SAP BI.
- Performed extensive work with project proposals, timeline determination, budget estimation and user staffing for testing reports on the migration project.
- Part of a large global implementation team to provide Osram Germany with consolidated demand planning data for NAFTA countries for the automotive department and for the general lighting department.

- The new functionality provided the ability to enter events when required versus the month allowing SAP/ ERP to properly time phase product requirements.
- Increased forecast accuracy on under forecasted types by 6.5% and over forecasted types by 12.5%.
- Collaborated with production planners to gain consensus on business processes and key performance indicators. From these discussions, configured data model and reports to better determine in-stock requirements which led to more accurate material availability and on time delivery. BI reporting included integration of inventory, sales and forecast data.
- Responsible for creating “Kanban” project management documentation to define project scope, requirements, deployment plans and data conversion/migration plans. The project led to $6.3 million in inventory cost reduction and $1 million in warehouse cost reduction.
- Led a team of 5 on the operations side of the Sylvania Lighting Services Project to track the performance of technicians using BI reporting with CRM as the source system.
- This reporting initiative led to the creation of a reporting system to calculate the days taken from start to completion of a job by technicians, the tasks completed in first pass, time spent on travelling, analyze scheduled services and track the daily service call status.
