Indirect Category savings implemented were $8.8 million in Forklifts, Energy, Corrugated Door Core, Angleboard, Office Supplies, Temporary Labor, and MRO.
  • Lead multiple Project Teams for the design, development, implementation and global roll out of fully-integrated solutions for both purchasing and sales for eSourcing / Contract Management and multiple SAP ECC 6.0 systems, including SAP MM, SD and Vistex for several global clients.

  • Managed 6 major strategic sourcing initiatives in various industries including pharmaceutical, cosmetics and consumer package goods. The savings realized on these projects for the first year ranged from 33% ($8.2 million) to 6% ($0.4 million).
  • Created combined generic drug category management program for the merger of two large pharmaceutical distribution companies resulting in new purchasing processes for the combined company. Created organization-sizing model based on key effectiveness measures. Projected organizational savings estimated at 10%.
  • Developed Integration/Separation capability tools and processes for Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing and Quality functions of a multinational healthcare and pharmaceutical company.
