Analyze requirements, design, code, test and maintain documentation in legacy COBOL code for a large scale mainframe maintenance system used by thousands of Air Force maintenance users. Analyzed and aligned code to new Air Force business rules that changed in the Air Force Technical Orders ensured that changes did not impact any of the numerous interfacing partners.
