Confidential and maintain custom objects in an SAP environment ECC and SRM , primarily in ABAP. Made Team Lead for Procurement's Development team in an extensive data mapping project. Handpicked to work on a project to redesign and correct the closeout process for purchase orders and outline agreements resulting in a redesign of a smartform, accuracy of closing records, and substantial increase in performance. The program used to take 5-7 days to run, now takes less than 5 hours. The program was closing 65,000 monthly, now closing 140,000. Almost 4 million records have been closed that were previously being skipped. Assigned to a Green Belt team to evaluate and change to the 856 Idoc procedures resulting in an almost 50 decrease in rejection rates, savings of 7500 monthly, and cost avoidance of over 3,000. Created new programs to report and update purchase orders and outline agreements making it easier to reassign them due to employee turnover. Analyze requirements, design, code, test and maintain documentation in legacy COBOL code for a large scale mainframe maintenance system used by thousands of Air Force maintenance users. Analyzed and aligned code to new Air Force business rules that changed in the Air Force Technical Orders ensured that changes did not impact any of the numerous interfacing partners. Due to exceptional testing skills was assigned to the small team to test over 100 reports converted from legacy COBOL to COGNOS software. Member of a small team assigned to analyze, design, code and test software to convert the F022 aircraft to the new aircraft equipment designator FA022 which involved cascading information in the system and all other interfacing systems. Due to unique understanding of the Communication Electronics subsystem was asked to develop programs that would clean up years of damaged data that had been entered by the interfacing systems. Worked with the customer, interpreted requirements, and coded software resulting in zero data lost. Requested by management to be on the team to convert how the Communication Electronics subsystem maintained the status of their equipment. Requested by supervisor to troubleshoot Replication problems with another interfacing system.
