Operated within the Headquarters Data Management section of the IT department to maintain all master data input, including the building and maintenance of the online customized machine build and price section within the configurator of SAP version 4.7. Identified, resolved and implemented solutions for functional SAP issues within the SD and CS modules. Was responsible for the Gap Analysis between the end users and the IT group.

The go-to person involved in the seamless, month long transition of the SAP based, customer retail reporting system from the legacy mainframe system to the SAP R3 environment. This occured with minimal daily service interruptions for the continued business of 40 North American Distributors.

Tested and approved the functionality of the SD, CS and MM modules in SAP when configuration changes were necessary to allow continual daily entry of the retail activities by the distributors.

Maintained the master data database including Data Entry, Variant Configuration, BOM, Pricing, Prioritization of issues, and troubleshooting problems in the SD/CS, MM and PP modules of SAP, in order to ensure data integrity.

Resolved issues with master data, the machine configurator, pricing, and sales order processing.

Trained and supported over 600 SAP users that performed roles in accounting, finance, order processing, procurement, logistics, pricing, production, scheduling and inventory management. Created the training manual and handled the training via web-casts due to the decline in the economy. The web-casts saved the company $70,000 annually based on previous travel costs incurred for past training classes.

Processed orders for 2,000 machines and 350 separate attachment orders per year, representing up to $220 million in sales, while being responsible for approximately 18 major distributors.
