- The project has two parts. The first part is development the recipe management system in MII which allows the R&D team to build new recipes and shop floor team to set up the process order based on existing/active recipes.
- The second part is ECC integration to shop floor. The BOM is master data downloaded from SAP for recipe management System. The process order are pulled into MII data store. Each process order is utilized on warehouse and information is updated simultaneously in SAP and MII data store. After the process order is completely unitized, it is sent to shop floor with shop floor parameters. During the lifecycle of process order, status are updated in MII dashboards. When process order is complete, all the good issue, good receipts, process order time tickets are reported to SAP.
