  • Result: An user can create/modify/delete purchase orders and the workflow will be triggered. Responsibles are selected via Release Strategies. They can approve it or reject it. Both the user and the responsible will be noticed via email.

  • Task: Development of Webpage functionality in which a customer can see their bill invoices and information related.

  • Task: Lead and participate in all ASAP Roadmap phases. Integrate SAP Portal with SAP ECC via WebDynpro Java – RFC.
  • Action: Configuration of Workflow Extended Notification tool. Develop/Modification of RFC’s and workbench objects. Adjust of workflows and release strategies related to MM and FI modules.
  • Result: A group of SAP users will receive notifications(email) in their own mobile for approving workitems. They can see in their mobile all of workflow tasks configurated in the Workflow Extended Notification. Also, they can see a summarize of the SAP MM/FI document and then approve or reject.

Development: Business BluePrint – Confidential (Caracas, Venezuela)

  • Situation (2010, SAP Mobile Infrastructure 7.1 – SAP CRM 7.0): Create a detailed description of business processes and system requirements needed for a solution that improves the client’s surveys schema.
  • Task: I was the only developer team’s member that collected all information related to the process.
  • Action: Organizational Structure and Customer’s information must be extracted from ERP/DSD. Some Jobs, Programs, Remote Function Modules (RFC’s), Infosets and Querys were identified to achieve the integration with SAP CRM. In SAP CRM were identified some Remote Function Modules (RFC’s), BADI’s or User Exits, Jobs and BAPI Wrappers for both create customizable/flexible surveys and pass master data to middleware (SAP Mobile Offline). Once in middleware, the creation of Data Objects, Distribution Rules and Configuration must be done for distributing data to handheld.
  • Result: A project documentation with scenarios, processes and process steps organized in a hierarchical structure.

Development: Internal Project Assignment – Confidential (Caracas, Venezuela)

  • Situation (2009, SAP Mobile Infrastructure 7.1 – SAP ECC 6.0): Sales Department requested to IT Department the creation of packaged products in order to reduce time and costs to the client.
  • Task: Development of Standard Functionality Packaged Products.
  • Action: Creation/Documentation of Remote Function Modules (RFC’s) that simulates: Customers Open Items (FBL5N transaction code), Sales Order Creation (VA01 transaction code), Post Incoming Payments (F-28 transaction code), Parking Documents (F-29 transaction code) and Materials Prices (VK13 transaction code). The RFC’s mentioned above were packaged for using it in SAP Mobile Infrastructure (Online).
  • Creation/Documentation of Workflows related to: Customer Sales Orders, Materials Creation Approving Process, Payment Release, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order and Employee Self-Service.
  • Result: Packaged products that can be easily transported to the client and need a simple basic configuration in the system.

  • Situation (2008/2009, SAP ECC 6.0): Functionality for employee automation data was missing.
  • Task: Develop the necessary functionality required for the client maintained for Infotypes in HR module.
  • Action: Development of Remote Function Modules (RFC’s) for Portal Integration (via Web Dynpro). This RFC’s simulates ABAP Dynpro Services that read information from HR Infotypes. Also, there were developed Workflows for approval processing requests.
  • Result: Employee Self-Service product implementated. Client’s employees can request their own information from SAP Portal. Several services were activated like: Education, Addresses, Personal Data, Family Member/Dependent, Job Reference and others.

Development: Financial Processes – Confidential (Caracas, Venezuela)

  • Situation (2008, SAP ECC 5.0): Functionality for approving automation process was missing.
  • Task: Development of Workflows into order to fulfill the client’s requirements
  • Action: Workflows implementation - SAP FI:
  • Invoice Approval of Parking Documents: Sub-workflow developed from the standard, which is triggered from F-63 transaction, for approval process using the same strategies and releases codes that were set up in SAP MM.
  • Invoice Approval of Down Payment Requests: Sub-workflow developed from the standard, which is triggered from F-47 transaction, for approval process using the same strategies and releases codes that were set up in SAP MM.
  • Travel Approval Request for Travel: Workflow developed for approval process (TRIP transaction code).

  • Situation (2007, SAP SAP ECC 6.0): The client was implementing RM-CA for a new society.
  • Task: Developed the necessary functionality for Contract Accounting Documents.
  • Action: Reports, User Exits, Programs and Function Modules were developed in order to fulfill requirements related to: Payment Lot Transfer, Payments on Accounts (FPB0 transaction code), Reverse Payments (FP08 transaction code), Transfer Payments (FP40 transaction code) and other processes related to Contract Account.

  • Task: Create processes that distribute information from SAP ECC to SAP Business One and vice versa.
  • Action: Development of Function Modules, Programs and BADI’s that collect information from processes like: Create Sales Orders, Delivery Processing, Create Invoices, Distribution of General, Sales and Storage Location Data for Material and so others.
  • Result: Complete integration of data between interfaces.

Development: RM-CA (FICA/FSCM) Processes – Confidential (Caracas, Venezuela)

  • Situation (2006/2007, SAP ECC 6.0): The client was implementing RM-CA for a telecommunication solution industry.
  • Task: Developed the necessary functionality for Contract Accounting Documents and Dispute Management.
  • Action: Reports, User Exits, Programs, Function Modules, BADI’s, Workflows and interfaces (communication between non-SAP systems) were developed in order to fulfill requirements related to: Claims, Case Management (SCASE transaction code), Manual Adjustments (FPE1 transaction code), Receivable and Payable Contracts Accounts, Credit Managements and so on.
