Was responsible for the development and maintenance of the CYBERMED – hospital-billing system.
Duties include:

Determining business requirements from users
Medical coding: assigning CPT codes, updating ICD9 DB, etc
Design, development and implementation of back-end databases and workflow process by using triggers, MS Access macros calling SQL store procedures and system ODBC.
Design development and implementation of front-end MS Office GUI (interface), which was responsible for collecting input in various MS Access forms from the user and processing it to conform to a specification the back-end can use. In process 11 MS Access forms, 8 macros and 3 reports have been produced.
Design, debugging and implementation of several financial and statistical reports (15). Most of them have been created by using MS Access reports, although on several most recent ones we used. Crystal Reports ver. 11
