Responsibilities:

  • Converted the North America and Canada credit card statements and access checks from DOC1 to the HP Exstream Dialogue software.
  • Ensured best coding practices were used to produce a highly efficient, dynamic and secure document.
  • Project managed all the Dialogue work through the developmental lifecycle of a project.
  • Maintained a green status throughout all projects and stayed within budget.
  • Collaborated with the card architects on a recommend approach to make the North America card statements ADA compliant.
  • Also worked with the architects on a better way to deliver ebills to customers.
  • Ran Dialogue on the MVS batch environment and responsible for setting up JCL’s and pulling in all the required files for Dialogue to run. Also conducted production and project installs using Endevor.
  • Worked with document fulfillment to ensure they received the correct settings for efficient mail delivery, insert material and totals. SLA’s were met to deliver over a million statements per cycle to customers.
  • Maintained quarterly production installs for all font and image resources.
  • Experienced in using Elixir Design Pro to create resources used by Dialogue.
  • Responsible for the production support of the Dialogue applications.
  • This included troubleshooting, resolving issues in a timely manner and conducting independent installs to resolve.
