- Designed and developed the Aspire HD web site for Confidential for mammogram technology. The site uses a Drupal-based architecture to provide the content management CMS that Fuji needs to keep the site content up-to-date and easy to maintain.
- Designed and developed the Healthcare Opinion Poll for Confidential which consisted of two software applications that worked in tandem during the annual HIMSS 2011 Summit. Hospital-based CIOs and IT managers participated in a 3-day survey using the touch screen application developed in Flash using AS3 and the Flex library. The survey results were pushed/broadcast to multiple monitors throughout the convention center for all the participants to see. The two applications leveraged the real-time messaging of BlazeDS, after writing the survey data to a SQL Server instance and compiling the data, for broadcast to the second application which displayed the aggregated data using high-contrast charts and graphs. This application utilized the data visualization library in Flex 4.5.1
- Designed and developed the iPad survey application for the Confidential used by sales representatives at the 2011 Outdoor Retailer show in Denver, CO. The application allowed conference attendees to scan QR-codes using their smart phones which would load a fast, highly intuitive UI and survey form, driven by jQuery mobile with an iOS theme applied. The application called REST services to store the data on an EC2 SQL Server instance for later analysis.
- Designed and developed the LSS Marketing Study application for Confidential using Flex 4.5. Study participants are guided through a series of dynamically generated marketing concept sets where they are asked to select the concepts that are most appealing. Each choice is passed to the server-side algorithm which then affects the content of subsequent concept sets delivered to the participant. The UI uses the Flex 4.5 SDK and utilizes REST services to get and post data, and E4X to parse the XML result sets of each study.

- Designed and developed the suite of applications for Putnam Investments' latest web sites that won the MITX Interactive Award in 2010 for both the web site and the Lifetime Income Analysis Tool. The web sites and their related applications give their customers and associates real-time access to all of the relevant information about their 401k plans.
- The Participant site uses a variety of UI technologies including jQuery, CSS, HTML and Flash. The Sponsor site's dashboard is written entirely in ActionScript 3 AS3 using the Flex 4.5 SDK and utilizes the Swiz micro-architecture.
- Each site and its respective applications read and write data from many data services and sources: SQL Server Oracle databases, Salesforce, Alfresco, Morningstar, as well as other third-party web content. BlazeDS was used to push stock and fund performance data to the UI for near real-time updating using RTMP. Tableau's web-based graphing and charting tools were also integrated into the application at run-time to deliver a for a rich user experience UX .
- Designed and developed a desktop sales application with an iTunes inspired interface that enables the sales team to generate custom 3D-like Coverflow presentations for their clients right on their laptops, and also save them out to a USB key to leave for their potential clients. The sales team can choose from images stored locally on their laptops and overlay these images with their own custom text to generate highly customized presentations suited for the client.
- The application is written entirely in ActionScript 3 and leverages the AIR runtime and runs on both Windows and Mac. It utilizes the Flex 3 SDK and object relational mapping ORM to handle the online/offline synchronization between the app SQLite database and the server-side master database. The application utilizes the Papervision3D Tweener libraries for the coverflow effect.

The application makes calls to remote components that perform the server-side business logic. The server components manage collections of employee and contractor timecard data, while the client UI application provides a visual representation of the information. Together, these components allow for an escalating, managerial sign-off process with real-time notifications to both the employee and the managers.
