- execute efficiently the extract, transform, load and validation of HR data.
- Work with the HR ESS coordinators and ETL specialists in resolving technical and non technical issues.

Functional Role In HR Data Conversion
- analyze and prepare functional specification documents and other related requirements.
- Contribute in the discussion of the requirements, processes, security, and reporting of the data. 

For Customer Master Data Conversion (May 2007 - October 200)::

Establish a Unique Customer Master Data utilizing an ETL tool for Asia Production system
- Performs Cross Reference of all Customer\'s IDs from all Sources by creating a Customer Master Mapping Table 
- Maintains necessary Customer Attributes, or other dependent control value mapping tables in Oracle Staging DB. 
- Defined account groups, to control field selection, partner functions and partner determination procedure for customer master.

Cleanse, Match, and Merge Customers for Asia Production system 
- Captures and maintains Business Rules on Standardization, Cleansing, Matching and Merging of Customer data
- Defines Precedence Rules and applies it in the transformation stage of data conversion.
- Customized the structure of ETL tool to include defining assigning the Sales Organization, Distribution Channel, Division, sales office, sales group, and shipping point.

Integrates with other Applications
- Log conversion defects using Mercury Quality Center.
- Validate and update customer data and mapping changes using MS Access and Ms Excel. 
- Maintains multiple views of the customer over time using Oracle DB and Text files
- Transferred the required legacy data to SAP system through LSMW.
