Social Security Number Removal

Project Manager responsible for the implementation of cross-platform application of Social Security Number compliance changes using PMI-PMBOK and CMMI standards. This project required systems re-engineering of CRM systems to use a unique identifier to replace the use of social security numbers. Responsible for managing three specific areas of the enterprise level program: AMISYS Membership and Claims System, MACESS Customer Inquiry System and the Cross Reference Function. The technology utilized for this project included HP3000/COBOL, Mainframe/COBOL, MQ series and DB2 Stored Procedures.

Executive Dashboard

Project Manager/Data Architect for a successful ninety-day proof of concept Web Portal. This project took information from the source system to Operational Data Store, Analysis Services Cube, ProClarity Views, through to a Web Portal. Interaction and motivation for the Technical Team, Business Executives and all effected Information Systems groups was key to the successful delivery of the product.
