Fixing the top 5 quoting issues will be a huge productivity improvement, reduce support cost, cleaner data leads to correct opportunity reporting. TOP 5 Quoting Errors are

• The Contract Number/service levels chosen for the major and minor-line products must be the same.
• The City and Postal Code associated with the Install Site on this line represent different locations.
• Duplicate Coverage Issue
• The State associated with the Install Site on this line was not found in the Cisco Service Availability Matrix.
• Cisco records show that the serial number on this line comes from a device that has been decommissioned and can no longer be placed on a service contract.

Services BI is a Migration project from Oracle and Teradata. Services BI is an offline reporting application. An existing System CIBER BI has 17 excel reports using Pl/SQL coding via a Interface (Java)(users use interface to get the excel files to their email) And the main idea of this migration project is to change Database and also.. To use analytical tool Business Object.
In Services BI application, user can request various business reports by submitting though the application user interface. After the successful processing, the report will be sent in the form of email attachment to the user.

EWR (Early Warring Reports) -The scope of the EWR is to offer a dynamic (real time) online repository of standardized and custom reports for end users of the field health metrics. Phase one of this project will focus on the automation and enhancement of the current manually generated field health reports compiled from disparate systems and manual sources into one dashboard.
Overall Objectives of the users will leverage reports and associated data to assess and identify the opportunity to engage in the improvement of product quality and process improvement product serviceability. The information will help them identify opportunities to engage, validate systemic issues identified. The data will be used to develop business case with analysis to quantify the scope and cause of a specific systemic issue or concern.

EDI Channel group at Blue Shield came up with DW project and the overall approach that has been agreed for reporting is to divide the inventory of reports into subject areas (e.g. Enrollment, Provider, and etc.) and then to further sub-divide the reports between Internal and External. For the Internal reporting, the approach is to perform a data analysis to determine if there are additional data needs that are not already covered in the Business Objects Universes as defined by Edifecs. The universe with the additional identified data would provide the basis for authorized personnel to define and run reports using Business Objects. This document itemizes the formal business functions, processes and rules that require the intake, management and provision of data from the Enterprise Business Intelligence (EBI) technology platform for the Auto Renewal project under ePayment solution program. The EBI platform provides reporting, dashboard reports, data set and data mart services in response to these requirements.
