- Implemented a reporting solution using the Open Source Pentaho Business Intelligence Suite.
- Developed the ETL to move data from the in-house custom-grown application to the reporting suite using Pentaho Data Integration. Wrote Source to Target Documentation.

- Reviewed an existing SQL Server / Cold Fusion reporting system to incorporate these transformations into the new data warehouse.
- Created the data model for both the data warehouse and the data mart using ERwin as a modeling tool.
- Created a metadata dictionary with definitions of all the existing data elements.

- Performed as the team leader on a Y2K project for Oracle\'s Global Sales Tracking System. The team was responsible for rewriting existing reports and making sure they were Y2K compliant. The project was finished on time and under budget.
