The Bank Deposit Program is a sweep alternative to money funds that allows clients to invest cash balances into FDIC insured bank accounts. Eligible Accounts enrolled in BDP will have free cash balances in their brokerage accounts invested/swept into interest bearing FDIC insured deposit accounts at ten Citigroup affiliated banks. All free credit balances will be automatically swept into the Bank Deposit Program. This provides the client with up to $1,000,000 of FDIC insured bank deposits in Citigroup affiliated banks with any overage deposited in a money market fund chosen by the client. The interest rate is based on the rate on SBCX.

Therefore, Aflac must convert to the Tracker software to ensure Aflac remains in compliance with State escheat regulations. The Tracker Software also ensures that Aflac includes the required information for each property reported to the states, which hopefully increases the chances of the states locating the owners of the property.
