- Ability to collaborate and work with cross tower teams across Projects and Operations
- Hands-on experience in technically leading large and complex projects for Desktop estate from concept to delivery - including but not limited to Windows OS migration, SCCM 2012 implementation / migration, Microsoft Office suite upgrade, Lotus Notes migration, VPN implementation and PC security products implementation.
- Good knowledge of security for End User Computing environment.
- Knowledge and experience in transition and transformational activities.
- Expert in producing High Level and Low Level designs and documentation.
- Should be a go to person for any technical queries / issues related to Desktop Engineering activities.
- Experience in working on Desktop Engineering activities for a desktop estate more than 10,000.
- Knowledge of Windows server operating systems, SQL Server, Networking and Firewall.
- Knowledge and experience in at least one architectural framework.

- Provide Technical and Architecture oversight for all projects focused on Desktop technologies and guide the Infrastructure Engineering designers
- Focus on competency development in EUC space and grooming Confidential designers within the account.
- Conduct workshops by engaging the TDA community and lead pilot / POC work for identified areas
