This project was to develop a Lending Data Repository (LDR). Primarily involved in upgrading, storing and maintaining data via SSIS/MS SQL Server.
Responsibilities:

• Created Logical and Physical design of the data warehouse and Operational Database Store (ODS) in SQL Server 2008.
• Involved in requirement gathering, analysis, design, development and deployment.

This project has an application Loan Calculator that performs the required calculations to approve loan for a new user who has applied like total amount applied, interest rate, minimum payment amount per month.
Responsibilities:

• From one standard database for loans created diversified destinations for auto loans, student loans, home loans using SSIS packages.
• Extensively used SQL server reporting services to generate reports on a weekly basis for a particular loan type. Created report models for ad hoc reports when the end user wants to see the reports.
• Performed T-SQL tuning and optimizing queries for reports that take longer execution time.
• Calculates loan details for existing customers applying for a second loan based on payment history and remaining amount of loan.
