- Consolidated divisional international websites into a central global site 17 websites and 6 mobile sites in 11 languages with brand consistency, same look, and same technology SharePoint . Managed OneWeb project from initiating, planning, executing, monitoring controlling to closing. - Led OneWeb US project for the whole project life cycle:
- Team setup and expansion: hired 4 resources SharePoint developer, contents analysts, web coordinator in global service center Manila, Philippines and kept recruiting for replacements.
- Requirement Gathering: communicated with the marketing teams from all the divisions to understand their needs, share OneWeb idea and collect the requirements.
- Design: worked with all the divisions to have the new site design.
- Usability Study: created a demo site with 400 sample pages based on initial design and invited 11 external users to verify the site design.
- Vendor Selection: worked with Emerson PMO to create all the RFP documents to 6 vendors, answered all questions, invited vendors for presentations and selected the preferred vendor for development.
- Content Creation: worked with all the marketing teams from the divisions and content analysts in Manila to create all the contents text, image, Flash animation, PDF for 700 web pages.
- The project was completed on time Nov 2009 and within budget.
- Led OneWeb Asia project 3 languages and OneWeb Europe 6 languages project:
- From requirement creation, vendor selection, development management, communication, change management, risk management, resource management to budget control, content uploading, user acceptance testing, training and maintenance.
- Led the global team: vendor team in India and China, GSC team in Philippines, marketing team in Asia, marketing team in Europe, Emerson IT team in St. Louis and graphic support team in US.

- Led the Manila web team to maintain all the websites after they went live. Developed and maintained metrics to measure performance and trends. Developed content guidelines and content consistency plan.
- Managed the old Emerson Climate Technologies public website 1000 pages , Emerson Climate Technologies Contractor Portal. Managed the web team to maintain/update the websites by using content management system Stellent . Implemented new ideas on the web RSS, Podcasts, and Blogs etc and tracked the web traffic for 30 websites WebTrends .
- Search Engine Optimization significantly improved the major search engine rankings for many keywords by implementing SEO best practices.
- Standardized the online Contact Us process so that all the online Contact Us interactions were logged in CRM system and answered/closed in a timely manner. Customer survey result for the Contact Us process was improved from 3 neutral to 1.7 scale of 1- best to 5 - worst .
