The Retail Services and Solution is a comprehensive SIEBEL CRM e-Business solution empowering the client to implement a robust trade promotions planning functionality targeted at retail stores for the entire North American channel. The project involved implementing, supporting and enhancing the SIEBEL 2000 Consumer Goods Vertical Product, customized to meet user requirements. Each retail call is expected to generate a minimum of 40 cases of product generating an immediate 16% ROI for customer teams. The project was initially implemented in SIEBEL 99.6 and later was upgraded to SIEBEL 2000. The implementation supports multiple external touch points including Siebel Handheld, Integrating with third party Hand Held (Sidekick), Siebel Remote, Siebel eChannel, Siebel Thick Client, Siebel Analytics and third party Call Center (IVR).Also included are implementation of non-Siebel tools such as Oracle Reports and Oracle Discover which are used extensively for reporting.
