NTD Projects Performance
The team here at the AT&T headquarters, keeps track of all the projects and performances of all the Project Managers throughout the country. The team uses the HP Project and Portfolio Tracking tool to manage the requests from different business users. The aim of this project is to develop reports and Dashboard that deal with Week over Week, Month over Month comparisons of Network and Project Health/status for all the Technology types, viz. Wireline, Mobility, Non-mobility, U-verse etc and with the performance of PMs, project cycle time. This Project mainly deals with Milestones (Decision Gates) in the Project Life Cycle. And shows how close the Actual milestone dates are with respect to the Forecast dates.
Responsibilities:
- Gathered the requirements from Business Users to build the reports and Dashboard by interacting with the various users regularly to identify the KPIs.
- Maintained the existing reports and scheduled them as per the demand of the Business users.
