- Key stakeholder as a Lead technical architect. Implemented Steelbrick CPQ (Configure Price Quote) for quoting, ordering and contract creation where quotes are associated to the opportunity. It also accommodates product selection, pricing, and approvals and also provides flexibility to support dynamic selling scenarios like fixed discount co - terming.
- Docusign Integration - Implemented Docusign to for e-signature of Quotes and integrated it with Steelbrick.
- Marketo Salesforce Integration - Performed Real time integration between these two systems for unidirectional flow of leads from salesforce.
- Lead Account Matching/Automatic Lead Assignment - Worked closely with Marketing team, gathered the requirements and implemented the solution on Lead matching and automatic lead assignment to reps based on their region and company size.
- Zuora Implementation - Zuora is a billing management system used to support subscriptions, Invoicing, revenue recognition, AR reporting and dynamic selling scenarios i.e. co-terming. Worked as one of key stakeholders to technically architect the systems. Performed the integration between SFDC and Zuora by making API callouts to Zuora.
