Once the corrected counts have been entered, the process recalculates on-hand inventory, discounts, contracts, and generates adjustments to general ledger accounts. Metafile System process developed to store all paper documents (i.e., purchase orders, invoices, credit memos, adjustment memos, etc.) used by the Accounts Payable department. Allows users to view online and/or print all documents related to a vendor, purchase order number, or other search criteria.
