  • The purpose of the project is to address credit reporting issues that are caused by systemic, data and manual procedures limitations. There are a number of issues associated with reporting accurate information to credit reporting agencies. In order to meet regulatory requirements under FCRA, data feeds, system enhancements, process and procedural changes are required. Created CICS Maps and Online modules for HELMS systems.
  • P0505712: EFS Regulatory Data Repository (RDR): The goal of the project is for all Systems of Record to feed loan level detail to a new corporate data warehouse that can be used for information for Regulatory Reporting.
  • P0500827: EFS is converting the active (non-recovery) loan portfolio on LSS to HELMS to create a single servicing system of record. The single system will enable EFS to reduce redundancies across the business.
  • Conversion activities will begin after batch is complete on Friday evening, January 20th, 2017 and continue throughout the weekend of 2017 (1/21 & 1/22). During conversion activities, regular HELMS functionality will not be available from end of day Friday, January 20th through end of day Sunday, January 22rd. Regular operations will resume on open of business, January 23rd.
