  • Projects IMAGINE, the data conversion process formed to accommodate the customer transition from old billing legacy environment to new billing AMDOCS environment. An estimated of 6 million AB & BC residential customers were targeted for the new stack billing migration (Pilot, Phase 1 & 2).
