- Held multiple titles during my duration. BigFix Administrator/Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Server Administrator, Service Delivery Dispatcher, Flex Admin, Oncall, Project Management.
- Within BigFix, me has experience performing as a Master Operator, upgrading Production and Dev environments, perform BAU related tasks and creation of .bat and Powershell automation scripts to support the BigFix Application.
- Experience with Windows Patch Testing - Test patches on various types of OS's, Hardware and Applications before deploying to an environment over 17,000+ servers. Building and Testing on 2003, 2008 and 2012 machines, which were physical and virtual (VMware). During this role, maintained Parity/SRM Applications on 17,000+ servers.
- As a Server Administrator, performed remediation on various issues from clients reporting issues with their servers. Experienced with working with various teams and leading conference calls to collaborate to resolve the issue. In this role we were supporting OS Layer support and a few additional applications.

- In the Service Delivery Dispatcher role, managed a team of 4 other colleagues to control the ticket flow (also working tickets) as well as answer calls from the clients and/or other supporting vendors.
- Lead a 4 month Project when me noticed dat their were 500 servers having low C: Drive Space issues (10%) or less. Devised a plan, executed it and was able to resolve the issue. Then was awarded the IBM Means Award.
