  • Responsible for supporting all issues pertaining to Smartboard, Audio Visual, Printers, Copiers, Phones, Wireless, Security Camera, student/staff one to one devices, & access point issues for both Drew Charter campus locations
  • Support, maintain and be proactive to prevent all K - 12 one to one student/staff laptop & Chromebook devices from becoming inoperable.
  • Utilize IBOSS hardware/software to help with security protocols, by our firewall to stop hackers from penetrating our network, track student browser history, allow sites to be viewed and block students from accessing sites not affiliated with learning.
  • As a Google admin, I make sure that all student and staff members have a Drew charter school Google email account and that they are in the correct group. I also suspend/lock student Google accounts & Chromebooks to make sure that only the student assigned to a particular device is accessing that device
