Cisco Engineer VOIP/Avvid TAC Team Associate

Cisco Voice-over-IP Call Center Phone Support. Five weeks of training in Cisco Call Manger, Unity, and Cisco Unified Call Manager. Phone support through Cisco Support Ticket system for Technician driven side. Not end user support. Serviced P1 to P4 Severity tickets, for configuration, upgrade, installation, and trouble shooting. • Empire Truck Lines consist of 9 locations in Texas, Louisiana, and Tennessee, employs 250 employees. The only IT person employed by the company.

• Desktop Support Duties- User Support, New PC Installations, New Phone Installations, Multifunction Copier Installation/Address Book/Maintenance, Toner ordering, PC/Laptop repairs, Purchasing of all PC Hardware, New Software Installations including SQL setup, Data/Mail recovery, T-1/DSL Network Configurations, License Maintenance, Travel to all locations.

RTO Network Architecture, SR

• Given the task of coordinating, and maintaining an identical Real Time Operations Server Lab setup with Vmware, Firewall/DMZ here at North Belt for Insite Insite Anywhere Software development teams. I provided both teams with up to 48 Vmware PCs with custom setups and backups. This included the setup and upgrade of Dell-2650 Servers installed with Linux, VMware Server, Checkpoint Firewall with DMZ and a host of other smaller servers to service them Backup Server, SQL, Crystal Report and Quality Center Software .
• Install, test, and consult the RTO Service Center in Aleif on all new/upgraded software and MS Updates before being deployed to the RTO Production Servers. I created the Mobile RTO client-based RTO Servers model, which I went to, and installed for Arramco in Saudi Arabia to secure a 2million dollar contract for Sperry Sun.
• Created local Symantec Anti-Virus, WSUS, Vmware Virtual Center Servers to maintain a safe Virus free environment in the Test Center. I have provided support to Sperry Sun Insite and Landmark Graphics by helping setup a test environment and creating test parameters for WITSML and RTDH.
• The first to implement a Manual Load Test for Insite Anywhere, which is still today the only load test data on file. Troubleshoot Network/Firewall and Bandwidth issues, which impedes the performance of both software's and give recommendations on how best to configure them using Ether-Detect, Host-Monitor and other network detection tools. PSL's I have experience with- Sperry Sun, Wireline, PE IFS, PSW , TTTCP, WLIQ, Baroid.
