- Online Monthly Billing Reports Project included working with IT, web services and DBA. The project took monthly billing printed billing reports and applied them to online access and customer billing statements. This project had a 1st ROI of over 750K. Billing Customer not only did not manually review printed billing print-outs but now had read-only access to the customers of online access.
