Troubleshooting techniques included checking firewall logs in syslog or in Smartview Tracker, the ability to troubleshoot routing issues involving BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, or basic static routes, the ability to be able to follow the flow of TCP and UDP traffic through packet captures in multiple formats or by using FW Montior on Checkpoint devices.
