For the KSK Energy Venture’s Ltd, there is a separate concept called PRR (Payment Release Request) which will deviate the concept similar to accounting roles but the payments are carried out only on the basis of the directors decision only which is sanctioned from the PRR report. It is a complicated issue to maintain all the group of its sub-companies against the payments and the funds transfer over the project budgets and payments.
