The Training environment is the replicated version of production. As per the requirement sent by the State Government, the development team applies patches in production either monthly or bi monthly. The same version as that of production is replicated in the training environment so that the trainees are aware and updated of the version used in production. To make the trainees accustomed to the actual production method, trainees are provided with dummy data which are similar to the real data. Making these sets of dummy data for training purpose from the front end is a very difficult and time consuming work as it needs insertion of data in bulk. Insertion of data in bulk for training purpose would require some sort of script so that data can be inserted as per the requirements at different times. Before inserting data, one needs to make sure that each and every lookup value and tables are correct and appropriate for training to move on smoothly.
