Responsibility as Software Engineer / Systems Analyst :
During my service tenure at Confidential. I have designed, developed and implemented the following Projects and they are showing best performance and smooth operation. Also these Software are maximum error free/user friendly. All the running projects, designed/developed, are not only running successfully but also fulfilling the optimal requirements of the Company. All applications software has been designed/developed in view of current situation/requirements and any future unforeseen modification and development.
In Software Team during Designing/Development and Customizing applications. Co-ordination / Communication with the Software Development Team regarding Remote Clients, Performance, Space and Modification Issues etc. Tuned up queries, hints, explaining of plans.

HRMS and Payroll system shows day by day employees strength in different Departments, Department wise salary, over time and attendance (In / Out & Attendance through Bar Code Reader) record of all employees. Application also comprised on Decision Making Exception Reports like over strength, excess of over time, strength position of employees short/excess limits. H.R.M. System also manages reports regarding Comparison of Employee Strength, Attendance, and Salary & Overtime etc.
The attendances of all employees are systematic and calculate employee days work for salary and over time automatically. This System is also managing Daily wages and Piece Rate worker’s complete Bio-Data and payment records. This System completely fulfill the reporting requirements of Internal and External Audit.
- Machine Maintenance System (MMS) :
This system fulfills the entire requirement regarding Preventive Scheduling. This system stores type wise and subtype wise machines information and show machine age status and machine transfer one site to other site with gate pass OGP, IGP system. Interface of this system is easy to use. It is totally user friendly system and fulfill all user requirement through comprehensive reports.
- Catering Management System (Syscat) :
Catering Management System shows each members month wise bill with GRN rate and item wise sale. This system show profit and loss. There two type of employees one type is permanent and the other type is Piece Rate worker’s , so different way of deduction of both. Permanent employees payment deduction deduct month wise and the Piece Rate worker’s deduction every fifteen days. It is totally user friendly system and do satisfy every member of catering management system.
- Inventory Management System (IMS)
Inventory management system increase the accuracy and customer service levels and, at the same time, reduce your carrying costs, labor costs. In this system accessories demand and accessories GRN makes with systematically. Interface of this system is easy to use. It is totally user friendly system and fulfill all user requirement through comprehensive reports.
