Confidential, is a Governance, Risk and Compliance System being developed by NForcePro, a startup organization.
George’s primary responsibility is to design and manage Oracle EBS integration with NForcePro. Designed and completed the integration of Oracle EBS Financial and SCM modules to NForcePro. Also the responsibilities include onsite – offshore team coordination and managing functional testing.
Project Title: Oracle Order Management Implementation

The project consisted of global implementation of Order to Cash and Quote to Cash solutions for all type of sales orders including direct, partner and consignment orders, etc using Oracle ERP 11i Order Management, Pricing, Inter-Company Accounting, Accounts Receivable and Advanced Collection modules; design and development of interfaces to integrate Oracle ERP to third party legacy systems like i1 Planning, WebRMA, Prochannel, Ingres, Kewill (Export Compliance), Sabrix (Tax), Data Warehouse, etc; data migration of quotes and sales orders from legacy system to Oracle ERP. The project followed Oracle AIM methodology.
Another major part of the project was implementation of financial modules (GL, AR, AP, CM, etc) for new entities.

This was a fresh implementation of Oracle ERP 11i to migrate the client from legacy systems to Oracle EBS. The system addressed financials (GL, AR, AP, CM), Order to Cash and Quote to Cash (OM, Pricing, WSH, AR), Procure to Pay (PO, Receiving, AP), Inventory (INV and Costing) and Advance Collections. Achieving a full data migration from legacy system to Oracle ERP was one of the major success factors of the project. The project methodology adopted was Oracle AIM.
