    Project Description:

    This project involves business transformation and re-engineering of the current business along with technology upgrade from 11i to R12 in Oracle Applications technology.

    Role:

    Functional Consultant Lead and Project Manager.

  • Studied the entire application management process and identified areas of improvement to the business process
  • Carried the feasibility analysis of the migration of the SAP legacy system into the Oracle Applications R12 system and documented the AS-IS Business Process and framed the solution for the TO-BE process system

    Project Description:

    This project involves defining of new GL Accounting Flex field structure and new Org Structure to migrate and merge the ACS operations into Xerox Global Instance on Oracle Apps 11i platform with 11.5.10 version.

    Role:

    Functional Lead Consultant:

  • Initialization and leading the initial project requirement discussions with the business to understand the project needs and business process.
  • Identifying the business requirements in terms of GL accounting structure and organization structure.
  • Performed GAP analysis and prepared custom solutions to fulfil the gaps.

    The project is fresh implementation of Oracle Applications 11.5.10.2 along with the business re-engineering as most of the legacy system are retired and moved to Oracle Apps single and consolidated instance for various business functions such as: Finance, SCM and CRM.
    DMO Chestnut program is consists of various phases/programs which consist of 21 Modules across various family products with in oracle ERP applications.
    This project involves few 3rd party applications with real time integration with oracle apps systems.
    Around 21 modules are implemented in this program:
    Main Modules: OM, PO, AP, AR, GL, INV, OKS, CSI and CSF

  • Managed a team of 50 members spread across USA, Mexico, Brazil and India

    Project Description:

    The project is fresh implementation of Oracle Applications 11.5.10.2 along with the business re-engineering as most of the legacy system are retired and moved to Oracle Apps single and consolidated instance for various business functions such as: Finance, SCM and CRM.
    This program started with Brazil Implementation i.e. Weave/Release1 to start with migration of Finance functions into oracle E-Business suite.
    It involves hybrid process and solutions where lot of custom hooks are developed on top of the standard oracle processes based on the client/business needs to handle specific needs.

  • Managed a team of 20 technical developers from India
