- Responsible for deploying EXE’s AllPoints E-Commerce WMS to support fulfillment operations within a 200k sq ft facility. This operation involved the deployment of a fully automated pick, pack and ship solution utilizing an RF network, hand held and truck mount terminals, and high-speed conveyors/sorters. It was fully integrated with Lowe’s order management system and the NFI’s transportation planning modules. It facilitated the shipping of parcel, LTL and truckload size orders, plus supported the unique interface requirements of a virtual store: Inventory Snapshot, Inventory Activities, Return Authorizations, and Gift Wrapping Specifications.
Staples - Common Carrier/Dedicated Fleet Transportation Management
- Designed the workflow business processes for operations personnel.
- Developed the integration specifications with NFI Interactive’s order management system for: Manugistics Routing/Scheduling, Innovative TMS, Staples’ JD Edwards ERP, and Staples’ Bushman Conveyor System.

Quaker State - Common Carrier Transportation Management
- Reengineered the data model utilized by NFI Interactive’s order management system to facilitate the deployment of the CAPS TransPro transportation planning module.
- Developed integration design specifications for interfacing NFI Interactive’s order management system with: Quaker State’s legacy OMS, Common Carrier’s systems, and NFI’s Lawson AR/AP system. Common Carrier integration was accomplished through the deployment of Sterling Commerce’s Gentran transmitting/receiving EDI transaction sets.
- Managed the integration and development efforts of Quaker State’s IT personnel while still managing NFI Interactive’s IT department. The purpose was to supplement a shortage of Quaker State resources and ensure timeline adherence.
- Developed the application design specifications for a benchmark/shared savings invoicing module. This module enable NFI Interactive’s compensation to be, in part, based on the amount of savings Quaker State realized from utilizing NFI’s Interactive’s services.

The projected savings, new architecture vs. legacy, for a planned 10-site deployment are $1.2m in deployment expense and $800k in annual support.
