- Oracle MWM - Mobile Workforce Management - use of complex Server Scripts to orchestrate integration with CC&B using custom FA derived Business Objects (carrying new specific characteristics depending on the FA Type), Business Services, XAI Services, and new UI within MWM to display the new characteristics. A Change Handler is utilized to traverse the V, gathering the new Premise and Service Point characteristics as necessary, again depending on the transaction's FA Type.

- Consulting Customer Care & Billing Solution Architect, solely responsible for leading end client Business & Functional Requirements definition workshops, analysis, and Detailed Functional & Detailed Technical Design Documentation, development, testing, and support. Solely responsible for detailed final XAI Systems Solution to several Demand Response programs, using SOAP enveloped request / response pieces largely derived from the XAI Dynamic Submission Page in CC&B for select base existing and PG&E custom pre-existing Application Services.
- The SmartRate Paper & Microsite Enrollment Project is pertinent to California PUC mandated regulatory efforts to better control residential and non-residential peak electrical demands relative to PG&E generating capacity during non-winter months.
- Technologies involved included both custom and pre-existing CC&B Application Services (i.e. Web Services using SOAP and XML via CC&B XAI), using a complex custom overall orchestrating logic piece.
- Inbound to PG&E Customer SmartRate enrollment feeds came from both Paper Forms (through a pair of residential and non-residential 3rd Party flat files), and from PG&E MicroSites (also through a pair of residential and non-residential 3rd Party flat files).
- PG&E MicroSites are customer-facing web sites used, among other things, for the purposes of enrollment of Customers into SmartRate. Additional responsibilities included architectural SmartMeter design and solution in a Start Stop Too Long Project and a Field Activity Completion Project.
