Key Deliverables - Enhance/Maintain over 20 different applications for the Chemistry portfolio covering ten nuclear power plants; Evaluate and upgrade all applicable applications no longer under vendor support or to get all ten nuclear sites on the same application version/platform.
Within 18 months took the Chemistry portfolio from a D rating to an A- rating.
