• Confidential Applicant Tracking System, teh scope of dis effort was to custom development and implement and redesign an existing MS Access application to a web application (Oracle APEX). Integration wif Confidential Code Scanner to consume data from (National Conference of Confidential Examiners) through web services and dynamically populating an oracle apex form were teh highlights of dis project.
• Teh Family Court Self-Help Center is a free walk-in service that provides unrepresented people wif general legal information in a variety of family law matters (such as divorce, custody, visitation and child support). Teh Self-Help application provides teh family Self-Help customers wif a Customer Agreement form that outlines teh terms and conditions of teh service. Once teh customer understands their rights and signs teh customer agreement form then they will prompted to complete teh Self-Help Center Intake Form (Topaz signature Pad are integrated to tie teh signature using a JavaScript API). Teh system provides detail and summary analysis reports.
• Teh Fathering Court System was created for DC Fathering Court program. Teh system provides intuitive data entry screens and various analysis and performance measurement reports. It also includes summary and detailed reports specifically designed to fulfill grant reporting requirements of Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA).
• Teh Probate Elobby system, an electronic sign-in application for teh general public who are making a filing wif teh Probate Division via teh Probate Division Legal Branch.

Teh FOEX framework, an Oracle APEX plug-in library, was utilized to improve teh user interface and provide a more enhanced experience to teh Courts user community and other outside agencies.

• I was teh development manager of VISTAtsi’s modernization effort for teh Real Property Planning and Analysis System which included two other legacy systems, teh Facility Planning System (FPS), and teh Confidential Criteria Tracking System (ACTS). Oracle Application Express (APEX) is teh primary development framework used to halp create teh modernized solution. It is now teh Army's official decision support system for one of teh largest real property portfolios in teh world. dis robust system has well written SQLs, to make sure they are scripted well I ask my team to do an “explain plan” and “auto trace” on each and every query and look for performance bottlenecks. SQL hints provide a huge improvement in query performance; teh table structures are frequently fine tuned. Use of table partitions, compressions, IOTs, indexes and other storage optimization techniques halp data storing and querying extremely efficient.
• I led teh technical implementation for a Defense Logistics Agency project to implement MS Project Server for BRAC tracking.
