Lead process to recover from previously unsuccessful attempt to upgrade custom application from v6 Oracle Forms client server to v10 of Oracle Forms Application Server. Failure was due to under-sizing of hardware and lack of revision control and standardized release process. The previous processes involved navigating to six separate screens in most cases entering redundant data for each transaction. The new process was a single screen which defaulted most data and allowed several transactions to be entered in one batch.
