The Chicago Department of Transportation CDOT is responsible for public way infrastructure, including planning, design, construction, maintenance and management. The Department of Transportation currently has several Oracle Application Express APEX driven applications in production, supported by Oracle RDBMS on a Linux Platform, with reporting needs delivered by BI Publisher and OBIEE. • It would list all requests assigned to the specific queue. It would enable the user to view in detail a specific request in the queue. The interface would enable the user to route / assign the request to a different queue.
