This project is to support and provide DBA solution to more than 1500 Oracle databases including PROD/DEV/QA/STAGE. Most of the prod databases contain huge sensitive data of GE banking. We work on ticket based requests, ITG, Service Now Incident Cases and Service Now RITM Cases.

This application involved two different types of databases, Oracle and DB2. For report generation there are customized codes in shell script and PL/SQL also using Oracle Hyperion tool for BI Reporting.
