Project Overview | - KBR is developing its already existing ERP application in SAP to Oracle EBS R12. The implementation will be completed through three major phases, pilot go live which is Canada, phase 2 will be for US and phase 3 will be considered for rest of the world.
- The implementation is carried forward in four major modules, PTP, PTC, HTR and ATC. These modules are developed within Oracle EBS R12. The legacy applications being used by certain group of business users to enter the data. Oracle SOA suite is used to transfer the real time data inbound and outbound to oracle EBS. Batch data is being integrated using ETL tool.

Project Overview | - DBU Distribution business unit is one of the leading business division ofClient. DBU has taken an decision to revamp the IT of entire business byharmonizing all the Distributors IT operations through implementing OracleEbiz R12 and Siebel CRM. The business driver behind this is to have accurateinventory and seamless order capture process across all the distributorsacross the globe. In order move to Next generation IT there is a huge needfor integration of Order Processing business process. Since order capturewill be done in Siebel and fulfillment will happen in Ebiz. - Customer Master was for Engine Business Unit EBU . EBU has homegrown application SOMS and GOMS for order fulfillment and Siebel CRM for OrderCapture. Scope of the project was to integrate Siebel CRM and SOMS withUCM.
- Oracle Customer Hub PIP 2.5 has been implemented to synccustomer between Siebel CRM and UCM. Custom extension is createdbetween UCM and SOMS/ GOMS and been plugged into OCH PIP framework. The current integration has been online for pilot sites of EBU and supportall the feature like Sync, Update, Merge, Mach, and Fetch.

Project Overview | - Project CARE is Siebel implementation of the order interfaces for Engine Business Unit EBU of client. EBU has home grown application SOMS and GOMS for order fulfillment the same has been used for order capture which is then replaced by Siebel CRM in this implementation. The functionality covers syncing the product information from legacy system to CRM, Validating the product availability in the back-office ware house, calculating the taxes and price based on the credit of the customer, and then creating order for the same.
- The updates from back-office when order gets fulfilled have to push to Siebel CRM.
