PO Approval Consolidation Project

Project Description:

• The objective of this project was to design and develop a standard PO Approval Workflow.
• It involves identifying business specific customizations that need to be part of the workflow and identify opportunities for standard functions. The goal of the project is to migrate existing workflows to the new standard PO Approval workflow which is to create standard workflow which would be offered for new businesses without significant customizations.

COA Gatekeeper Enhancement

Project Description:

The objective was to create a new Gatekeeper 'COA Gatekeeper' by Company Code, Source of Account validated, Manual, Favorite and All and by cost center with a threshold value. Multiple Gatekeepers would be identified for a Requisition in cases where requisition has multiple lines pointing to multiple cost centers and source of account, and they need to be added to Requisition Approval Hierarchy first up after the Line Managers before any After Gatekeepers. Any changes done to the Requisition Accounts by these gatekeepers would require rebuilding of the Approval Hierarchy for the requisition to identify the new Gatekeepers for types like Cost Center and Account, and would not rebuild the lines managers.
