Working at the Senior Vice President level and in coordination with SunTrust University, I contracted to perform needs analysis, develop process manuals, and deliver training to the various units in the Alternative Credit department. Additionally, I performed subsequent gap analysis for streamlining the process flows within and among the different units in the Alternative Credit department. Development and implementation consisted of process flows as well as software systems. Performed analysis and made recommendations for software improvements. Contract extended to work on a special project for the SunTrust merger with National Commerce Finance Bank. Additionally, worked on special projects to streamline different software systems for conversion into a single, user friendly application. This included overseeing a team of developers and vendors to manage the timing and integration of different divisions. Also, managed a team of designers and trainers for instructing the new processes.

A spin-off from Bank of America, FSS was a newly formed mortgage underwriting company transitioning 800 employees from BOA. My role was multi-functional including: rewriting antiquated mortgage training material to present day underwriting guidelines; lead a staff of 10 trainers to train proprietary software and various mortgage related products (including customer service skills) to classes ranging from 15-23 participants lasting from 2-6 weeks in length; managing the initial wave of 150 employees on the floor, creating processes utilizing six sigma methodologies; initiating new managers as they came aboard; and aiding upper management with final personnel selection. As a Confidential,Certified Trainer, I am training system engineers to achieve rigorous certifications offered by Microsoft. These classes are held at Confidential,Certified Training Centers and are five to fourteen days for each class consisting from five to twenty one participants. In addition to the core server curriculum that consisted of four courses (trained over 25 classes of each), I train the electives necessary to achieve certification.

Wells Fargo Nationwide (1999-2003)
Train new employees on mortgage loan processing and customer service. This included the initial file review; appraisals, private mortgage insurance calculations, conditioning the loan, title insurance, flood zone certifications, refinancing, and credit report analysis. In addition, training was given on how to correct errors and make entries in their proprietary computer application for follow-up. Also, training on how to achieve high customer satisfaction was presented so that teams could achieve incentive bonuses. These classes were five days and consisted of eight to twenty participants.
