• Re-engineered and optimized an industry leading offshore OLTP sports gaming database from a single-tier to a multi-tiered backend using real-time database replication and distributed processing. The redesigned database now successfully handles up to 1000 internet customer transactions per second.
• Developed an OLAP warehouse for business intelligence, along with extraction routines from the primary OLTP system, for monitoring and identifying customer trends and risks. Set up Reporting Services for user reporting and analysis.
