Labor Management: Labor Management is windows based application designed to manage employees working at various units operated by Sodexho like Educational Institutions, Hospitals, Military, and Cafeterias etc. This system includes various modules viz. Employee, Schedules, Manual Time Entry, Employee Transfer, Time Adjustment and Maintenance Screens. The Employee module manages to add new employees and assign them to the units. The Schedule screen allows creating employee work schedules and sending them to the clocks (Employee Card reader) installed at various units using clock Management application. Based on the hours worked, employee work hours are stored in the clocks and sent back to the database for payroll generation. The payroll department will calculate the total hours, salary based on the hourly rate and issues pay checks weekly or bi-weekly to the employees depending on the payroll system for that employee.
