Accounting application team lead on the FederalRetirement Thrift Investment Board (FRTIB) contract for the government employee Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) 401k mission critical accounting application for ten years. Hired as Sub-contractor the first three years and employee Technical Team Lead for seven years.

The only developer on a four person team containing a Project Manager and two accountants, solely responsible for the accounting application technical section of the project requirements document presented to FRTIB; solely responsible for the analysis, design and development of the mainframe modules.
