Billing issues, payments, collections, and installation/fixture appointments with service visits from technicians. Third project switched to a company named Frontier, this company purchased 14 major state accounts that were managed by Verizon, the responsibilities and duties were the exact same as Verizon as they carried over, a major change was the company name and billing responsibilities.Outbound calls were made when necessary.
